Five industrial engineering and manufacturing companies in the southern
provinces Limburg and Brabant of the Netherlands have entered a strategic
partnership: Mechatronics Partners. The partnership, with a combined
workforce of 500 employees, is a direct result of initiatives taken by the
regional Board for Economic Development LIOF and trade and industry to
stimulate the growth of industry in the region.
The alliance will aim to acquire and execute multidisciplinary orders to design,
develop and manufacture modules and systems for larger, multinational engineering
companies. Moreover, Mechatronics Partners will engage in innovation of new
products. By synchronizing procedures and developments and by sharing know-how,
resources and services Mechatronics Partners will be a strong and competitive player
in the industrial engineering market that will be able to initiate and execute
innovations from start to finish.
Partners in the alliance are Addit and Nedinsco in Venlo, Kleeven
Control/Kleeven Medical and GTE in Horst and MMI in Venray.
